The Bjelin cured-oak Swedish parquet boards are extremely resilient and cured using a patented technology. This technology triples the strength, resistance, and longevity of the board, compared to traditional flooring.
The strength is the result of filling the natural pores of the wood with a special mixture and pressing that layer together with a fibreboard. This hardens the surface and creates the exclusive look of the parquet board.
The all-natural parquet boards are extremely resistant to high heels or the chaos caused by kids or pets. It can also withstand sudden impacts from heavy electronics and other appliances. You will no longer need to worry about dents or other marks. The roughed and brushed surface is already treated with oil and wax, making the boards resistant to humidity and the spillage of various coloured products.
Due to their high resistance, these easy-to-install parquet boards are a perfect fit for any room of your house, as well as commercial premises. They are pleasant to the touch and to walk barefooted on. What is also noteworthy – a sold width of 223 mm or 283 mm.
The boards are suited for heated floors and are best installed using the floating method, that is – not by adhering them to the base, but securely locking them together.
Stop the dirt at the entrance! It is recommended to have a doormat to brush off shoes, placed outside by the main entrance, and another “generous” mat inside. For public spaces, it is recommended to have special large mats by the entrance that reduce the cleaning and maitenance costs. Regular cleaning using a vacuum cleaner or a slightly wet swab is suitable. Dry cleaning: it is recommended to clean daily, using a broom, a vacuum cleaner and a slightly wet floor swab when necessary.
The Bjelin cured-oak Swedish parquet boards are exceptionally wide, which helps demonstrate the natural look of the oak flooring.

The all-natural parquet boards are extremely resistant to high heels or the chaos caused by kids or damage from pets. You will not have to worry about dents if an iron, a heavy vase, a tool, or a metal toy car happens to fall on the floor.
The surface is hardened using a patented technology to connect a thin layer of wood to a fibreboard. The pores in the wood are filled with a special mixture of wood dust and sap. After that, the board is pressed.
This helps to harden the surface and create an exclusive look of the parquet board. This technology triples the strength, resistance, and longevity of the board, compared to traditional oakwood flooring.
The flooring is given exclusive properties by treating the parquet surface with oil mixed with wax particles. Even after a whole day, a simple wet rug will be well-enough to wipe out beet stains, coffee, or red wine! The cured-oak parquet boards are certified with level IC4 for impact resistance.
- A layer of oak, treated with oil containing wax particles.
- A layer of wood fibre and shredded wood.
- Highly-pressured, moisture resistant wood fibreboard.
- A stabilising layer of plywood.
The manufacturer Bjelin upholds his ecology standards throughout the entirety of the wood processing endeavour. Timber resources are utilised optimally, while at the same time creating exclusive real-wood designs. By using an extremely thin layer of wood instead of the traditional thicker one, each cubic meter of timber produces substantially more flooring.
Every log is used to its fullest – the system calculates the optimal way of dividing it up. All the wood deemed unsuitable for the upper layer of the board, together with the sawdust left after the manufacturing process, is used as filler for the second layer. Nothing gets discarded.
The brushed surface of these parquet boards results in a special natural feel when touching them. And the different types of oak grades – Select, Rustic, and Antique, are pleasant to the eye.
The Select type – top notch, selected oakwood, even colour, low level of branching. It makes the floor look uniform and clean.
The Rustic type is characterised by a medium level of branching, medullary rays, and traces of sap. These boards tend to have a variety of shades that highlight the natural characteristics of the wood. This type of flooring helps create a special summer-cottage or vintage style in the room.
The Antique type has the most branching, medullary rays, and traces of sap. This results in an even wider colour palette for the parquet boards and also leads to the wood having an antique look. The cracks in the upper layer of the oak are treated with wood filler, giving the room exceptional charm.
