PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
OSMO Terrace Oil is designed for the protection and maintenance of wooden terraces, garden furniture and partitions made of glulam, cedar or other wood species. Also suitable for use as a transparent treatment on teak, eucalyptus and other exotic woods.
RESOURCES
- Oils for terraces smooth the surface of the wood and protect against water and dirt penetration;
- Easy to refurbish, no need to sand or apply primer.
METHOD OF USE
The surface shall be coated in 2 coats within 2 days.
- Apply the first coat of oil to untreated wood stored outdoors using about 35 ml/m2. Note: Seasoned and treated wood must first be left outdoors.
- Imperfections in the wet layer can be corrected within 30 minutes of the first application.
- Drying time: approx. 12 hours. (under normal air conditions, 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity). Low temperatures and/or higher humidity may increase the drying time. Ensure good ventilation.
- For the second coat, use about 35 ml/m2. (If renovating wood, apply to a cleaned surface).
- Drying time: approx. 12 hours.
